I am first and foremost a passionate person about nutritious and delicious food; adapted to our daily reality. This passion, I developed it while I was a kid, and it never left me.   I was affected by several food intolerances and two autoimmune illnesses; I constantly invest myself in development and knowledge sharing. My mission: promote what I strongly believe, a sustainable health for everyone. I help my clients to read and understand their symptoms and find lasting solutions. Always respecting who they are and without judgment, I support them to achieve a great autonomy.
